behavioral services coordinator
The Behavioral Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Adoption Centers and works in direct partnership with the Training Program Coordinator developing and implementing best practices for the behavioral health, enrichment, and rehabilitation of adoption center animals. The position develops protocols for behavior evaluation. Works closely with Adoption Counselors, Animal Care Specialists and volunteers.
Minimum requirements for eligibility:

Minimum of 2 years experience evaluating the behavior of dogs, especially in an animal welfare agency

Knowledge of feline behavior
-
Knowledge of basic domestic animal care and safe/humane animal handling

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
