At Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society our priority is helping the dogs of our community first. With a much lower homeless dog population in New England than in other parts of the country, we are fortunate to be able to extend a helping hand to not only dogs from around our own region, but also dogs in need in the South and the Midwest.
Happily, our great dogs get adopted very quickly. As a result, you may occasionally find few dogs available at one or both of our locations. Please keep checking back...new dogs arrive all the time...each one in need of a loving home.
